Yes. Many of our tests are available as at-home collection kits.
After ordering, your kit will be delivered to your address with clear instructions. Once you collect your sample, simply return it to the laboratory using the prepaid packaging provided.
Some tests require venous blood collection, which must be taken by a trained professional. In these cases you can choose either:
- a home nurse visit
- a clinic appointment
- Self-arrange a professional sample collection

Yes. We offer home phlebotomy appointments across the UK through our partner nurse network.
A qualified phlebotomist will visit your home to collect the sample. Once you select this option, a nurse will contact you within 2 working days to arrange a suitable appointment time.

Some medications may affect certain results. If you are unsure, consult your GP or contact us for guidance. Never stop medication without medical advice.

If safe to do so, we recommend avoiding supplements for 48 hours before testing, particularly:
• iron
• vitamin B12
• biotin
• high-dose multivitamins

A trained phlebotomist will take a venous blood sample using sterile, single-use equipment.
The process is quick and safe, and most patients experience only minimal discomfort.
If your test requires a urine sample, you will be informed during booking.

Yes. Multiple panels can be taken from one blood draw.

• be present at the appointment
• complete a consent form before testing
