This Shipping Policy outlines how NUVIVO HEALTH LTD handles the delivery of home test kits and the collection of samples for laboratory testing.

We aim to ensure a safe, reliable, and timely delivery process for all customers using our services via https://nuvivo.co.uk.

1. SERVICE TYPES

Depending on the test you book, our shipping options may include:

No shipping involved. A qualified nurse or phlebotomist visits your home or clinic to collect your sample.
All materials and sample containers are brought by our team and returned directly to the lab via our courier service.

Some tests may be available as home kits that you collect yourself and return by post or arranged courier.

You will receive a tracking number once your test kit has been dispatched.

If your test includes a returnable sample kit, return instructions will be included inside your package.

Options may include:

⚠️ Please follow the included instructions carefully to ensure your sample reaches the lab in time for processing.

If your test kit has not arrived within 3 working days, please contact us at hello@nuvivo.co.uk.

If the parcel was lost by the courier, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

We do not refund or replace kits due to:

Incorrect address entry by the customer
Failure to follow return instructions
Delays caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g. strikes, extreme weather)

We currently deliver to:

All of Scotland, including major cities and rural areas
Select areas in England, Wales, and Northern Ireland (subject to courier coverage)
