How to prepare
- Take your test between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM for most accurate hormone levels
- Fasting not required, but avoid fatty meals before your test
- Avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours prior
- Stay well hydrated
- Inform us if you are on TRT, oestrogen blockers, or other hormone medications
